Barbara ( aka "Pigtails" ) hails originally from the U.K but has made her home in Texas for the last 28 years. She has worked both as a Vet tech and a receptionist and has been with the Riverchase family since 2006. She claims responsibility for two grown sons (at times), a British cream golden retriever and two cheeky cats. Barbara is also the owner of a pet sitting/house sitting business called "PAMPERED PAWS" — she specializes in caring for the pet that is not a good candidate for boarding because of age/special needs etc. So — if your four-legged loved one prefers to stay close to home — give Barbara a call!
Howdy! My name is Niki and I am proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2010! WHOOP! I have been with Riverchase Animal Hospital since 2004. While I was in high school, I worked in the kennel and loved working with everyone here and the all the animals so much that I never left. Nowadays I have moved from the back to the front and work as one of our fabulous receptionists!
Outside of Riverchase Animal Hospital, I have four pets of my own — three Yorkshire terriers and one kitty found at the DART station in Carrollton. I am also a photographer with Happy Dog Photography which specializes in on-site pet photography. I love happy pets and capturing them in their happiest moments!
