During these stressful times, we want to be here to help you care for your beloved pets. In an effort to help protect you and our staff we are instituting temporary changes to our clinic protocol that are in line with new social distancing procedures. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible for you. The following guidelines will help us all adjust and allow us to continue providing care for your pets. We will remain open throughout to help our clients with their pets. The following new (and temporary) policies will take effect as of 03/19/2020.

Temporary Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed Saturdays.

Appointments: Clients will call from the parking lot on arrival. A Technician will come and retrieve your pet for evaluation. We can keep in contact throughout the exam via phone. A staff member will have an itemized list of charges and will contact you to facilitate any transaction. No cash or checks will be allowed until they are deemed safe to process. These can act as vectors of COVID-19. All charges will be processed via credit card.

Medical Drop-offs: Clients will call from the parking lot on arrival. A Technician will come and retrieve your pet for evaluation. We will call you after your pet’s exam with a plan and estimate for any diagnostic testing and plan. A staff member will have an itemized list of charges and will call you to facilitate any transaction. No cash or checks will be allowed until they are deemed safe to process. These can act as vectors of COVID-19. All charges will be processed via credit card.

Surgery drop-offs: Clients will call from the parking lot on arrival. A Technician will come and retrieve your pet for evaluation. We can stay in contact with you throughout the visit via phone. A receptionist will have an itemized list of charges and will call you to facilitate any transaction. No cash or checks will be allowed until they are deemed safe to process. These can act as vectors of COVID-19. All charges will be processed via credit card.

Boarding and Grooming: Due to the current “Shelter in Place” order boarding and grooming services have been suspended.

We fully understand that these new policies are an inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding. We must all do our part to halt the spread of this disease so that we can all get back to normal as quickly as possible.
