"Very caring with animals and pet owners. I was difficult because my elder cat was doing poorly and right after a major move and starting a new career. My world was just in shambles getting the bad news about my beloved cat. I wanted to fight for her to get better and find some mistake or error. There was no errors on behalf of the staff. I did have to let my pet go as continuing on would have been cruel. I was overwhelmed with the compassion and care taken with the process of euthanizing and arrangements for after. I trust Dr. Dees to take great care of my remaining pets. One of my cats loves going and jumps in the carrier to go hang out with all his vet besties."
